Watch this video about a couple in Georgia that run their car on vegetable oil.  Anyone can convert their diesel engine to just running off of used vegetable oil.  They say they get 50mpg off of the vegetable oil and they get the vegetable oil from local restaurants for FREE!

This seems extremely complex.  Can you please find more information about how someone would actually convert their car this way?  Seems like there must be some additional costs associated with it as well.  How much does this sort of conversion cost and who could actually make the conversion happen?
