By taking your lunch in reusable containers, you can cut down on a lot of waste:

- Use a lunch box or canvass bag; tupperware; thermoses; cloth napkins, etc.

- Avoid items that come in individual serving containers like juice boxes, chip bags, applesauce cups, etc.

Not only does this cut down on waste, but it's also a smarter economic choice since pre-packaged foods often cost more

This is also a great way to cut down on food waste by eating all your leftovers,

and pre-packaged foods are usually processed, so avoiding them is good for your health as well!
